ALL SALES ARE FINAL.  We DO NOT issue refunds. You have 14 calendar days from the time of your purchase to exchange or return your item/s for store credit. The product must have all tags attached, packaging intact, unused and undamaged in any way.

After we receive your item, our team of professionals will inspect it and process your exchange.

Once your return is authorized, you'll receive step-by-step instructions and a prepaid shipping label via email.

 

What items are non-refundable?

  • Items marked as final sale.
  • Free gifts or promotional items with retail value.
  • Original shipping charges except in cases where we have made a shipping error.
  • Collaborative apparel releases.

 

How soon will I receive my store credit?

Once your items are inspected by the store, you'll receive your promo code (for the value of the item/s) typically within 24 hours. The credit can only be used on the DAILY website.
